Arfisyana Phinisi Reservation & Operational Policies
1. Price
All listed prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD) as agreed. Prices include vessel facilities according to the selected package, excluding Komodo National Park entrance fees, personal insurance, and other personal expenses unless stated otherwise.
2. Reservation & Down Payment
A booking is confirmed only after a minimum Down Payment (DP) of 50% of the total cost. The DP is non-refundable and serves to secure the departure date and selected vessel.
3. Settlement
Full payment must be settled at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to settle the balance within this timeframe gives Arfisyana the right to cancel the booking, and the DP will be forfeited.
4. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the guest:
• More than 60 days: 50% DP penalty.
• Less than 30 days: No refund.
We strongly recommend guests have travel insurance that covers cancellations.
5. Force Majeure
Arfisyana is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by Force Majeure (natural disasters, adverse weather, government policies, or uncontrollable events). In such cases, we will strive to reschedule or provide the best possible solution based on the situation.
6. Itineraries Adjustment
The Captain's decision is final regarding the safety and security of all passengers. Itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, sea currents, and directives from the Komodo National Park Authority.
7. Additional Charge (Fuel)
Arfisyana reserves the right to apply a Fuel Surcharge if there is a significant increase in fuel prices (over 10%) after the booking is made but before departure.
